Terms and Conditions:

• This voucher expires 12 months from the date of issue.
• This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only.
• Applicable only for in-store purchase (Singapore).
• Multiple vouchers may be used in a single transaction.
• During the redemption of goods, if the value of the goods exceeds the amount stated in the voucher, the difference thereof should be paid by the bearer. 
• Merlin Goldsmith reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. 
• Merlin Goldsmith retains the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered with or found in  any way unacceptable. 

All jewellery items purchased locally (Singapore) online or in-stores can be exchanged within 14 business days upon successful delivery.

For overseas orders, please kindly contact us at sales@merlingoldsmith.com or WhatsApp within 7 days upon successful delivery. 

There will be strictly no refunds, any remaining balance will be forfeited. 

All jewellery items must be in brand new condition, i.e., unworn with the tags attached. Sale of personalised products, special orders and custom made orders are not eligible for exchange. 

If the item is returned through mailing, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the returned parcel is trackable and insured. We will not be liable for any packaging/postage fees incurred.
